What are your business hours?
Our Online Store operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can place an order anytime at your convenience! Shipping and receiving hours are Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 3 PM Eastern Standard Time in Northeast Pennsylvania, USA.
What kind of Payments do you take?
You can use Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay and American Express. We do not accept COD payment for individual retail orders.
Do I need to create an account to buy from your store?
No, you do not need to set up an account. But we strongly encourage you to register. It will make checking out a snap, and also provide you with many perks, like your very own order history for easy re-orders, loyalty reward points, wish lists and easier checkouts in the future.
How is my order shipped?
We currently ship first class and priority USPS.
When will my order be shipped?
We normally prepare your order for shipment within 3 business days of your order date. Once shipped USPS, shipment takes another two or three days, depending on where you live. If you place your order on a Friday or over the weekend, please keep in mind it will be a few more days added to the ship time. If you need your order more quickly than that, email or call us. Orders placed during the Christmas season often take 3-5 days longer due to increased business all at once. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
Do you ship Internationally?
At this point, we do not. We only ship in the continental US. However, this may change in the future.
My order was visually damaged in shipping. What should I do?
If a package is obviously damaged upon arrival and it looks like the contents are damaged, please refuse delivery, and take a picture of the box if possible and notify us immediately. Your carrier usually inspects the box if it has been damaged and may want to talk to you about it. If there is no visible damage on the outside of the box, but when you open it, the contents are damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of order to place a claim. The shipping carrier who delivered your package might need to come to your home to inspect the damaged order, so please keep all boxes, packaging materials, and product intact if you want to process a claim. and contact us immediately to let us know what happened, and we'll arrange for you to return the damaged item(s) to us. We will replace the item(s) free of charge including shipping.
