We want you to be 100% satisfied. If for any reason, you are not satisfied, let us know. We'll do our best to make it right for you. Please keep in mind the nature of natural, personal care products, and understand that we cannot accept items that you have opened, handled, cut or used.
We will however accept unopened, unused and resell-able items providing you have contacted us about the return within three days from when you received your purchase. We will ONLY exchange it for another item of your choice of the same value. We do not give refunds. Original shipping costs are also not refundable. You as the customer, will also be charged shipping fees for any exchange being sent to you.
Your return must pass inspection and products must be in resell condition before we approve your return.
Please contact us for return authorization before you pack the item for shipment. Shipping it back to us is also your responsibility.
If we've made a mistake in what we shipped to you, the cost of shipping the incorrect items back to us and sending the correct items to you will be our responsibility. Please contact us an let us know of our mistake and we will correct it immediately.
